ASIC Consent to Change in Compliance Auditor

ASIC has approved the resignation of Mr. Heinz Mai (Registered Auditor number: 7782) as the compliance auditor for Millbrook Credit Fund, effective April 26, 2024. Mr Heinz resigned due to retirement.

ASIC has approved the appointment of Kidmans Partners Audit Pty Ltd (Registered Auditor number: 382413), authorised audit company (ACN: 143 986 841), as the new Compliance Plan Auditor for Millbrook Credit Fund  (ARSN 125 042 480) effective April 26, 2024.
