From 50% to 65%, depending on the quality of the security and whether or not additional collateral is provided.

From $300,000 to $8,000,000.

Investment, development, construction. Acquisition or refinancing.

Residential, commercial, industrial buildings or vacant land.

First mortgage.

Australia wide, CBD, metropolitan and major regional.

Interest only. Prepaid or capitalised interest may be available.

6 months to 2 years. Extension may be allowed.

Establishment and management fees are applicable as are third party expenses such as valuation, QS and legal fees. Other fees as per our offer in each case.

On application. From 7.5% per annum.

Second mortgage / Mezzanine lending guidelines

Up to 75%, depending on the quality of the security and whether or not additional collateral is provided.

From $100,000 to $2,000,000.

Investment, development, construction. Acquisition or refinancing. Exit strategy required.

Residential, commercial, industrial buildings or vacant land.

Second mortgage.
