Millbrook Credit Fund Diversified now on Netwealth

We’re delighted to announce that our Millbrook Credit Fund – Diversified is now available on the Netwealth platform. Netwealth is one of the fastest growing wealth management platforms with over $70 billion funds under management and is consistently rated as one of the top platforms in the adviser satisfaction surveys.

With the current economic climate, for investors seeking stable income producing assets there is a growing demand for property credit funds. Property credit funds are real asset-back mortgage investments that are largely uncorrelated to equity markets and other asset classes eg bonds and therefore play an important role in effective portfolio construction.

The return is variable, paid monthly and declared in advance. Since 1 July 2023, The Millbrook Diversified Fund has been paying at a rate of 7.0% pa.
